New Client - Telephone Appointment

This is a 30-minute Telephone appointment to discuss only one specific query. This includes a 10-minute assessment prior to case discussion. Remember to leave your Full Name, Phone number including your country code and your email address.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to receive a partial refund, after deducting a £45 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. This policy also applies if the appointment is booked by mistake.

Important: Please keep your phone available at the scheduled time. The case handler will call you directly if you are in the UK, or attempt to reach you via WhatsApp if you are outside the UK. The case handler will make 3 call attempts; if you do not respond within these attempts, the appointment will be considered cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply.
